She has served in diverse roles, including Senior Success Coach, English Department Chair, Executive Director, and Instructional Facilitator, consistently achieving measurable outcomes in student growth and organizational development.
With deep expertise in equitable instruction, second-language acquisition, and program design, Elizabeth brings a collaborative and data-informed perspective to advisory work. Her leadership has positively impacted students, educators, and families across New Orleans, Los Angeles, and beyond.
